Following the latest reports, rapper Dr. Dre has been hospitalized after he suffered from a brain aneurysm. The music magnate whose real name is Andre Young is being treated at the intensive care unit at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. The legendary producer is now quite stable in his condition, but doctors are now trying to figure out the cause of the bleeding.
On Tuesday night, Dr. Dre and his team have reportedly sent out a statement on Instagram where he thanked his family and fans for their interest and well wishes. He also stated that he is currently doing great and has been getting excellent care from his medical team. He assured me that he will be out of the hospital soon and shall be returning home at the earliest. Dre has a shout-out to all the great medical professionals at Cedars and concluded the message by saying, One Love.
On Tuesday night, fellow rapper LL Cool J also shared some information about Dre’s medical status and wrote that Dre is recovering nicely.

Aneurysms are a state when an artery wall becomes weak, and causes the blood vessel wall to balloon, and sometimes causes bleeding into the surrounding area. However, the causes aren’t always clear but the common causes include high blood pressure and atherosclerosis, the collection f fat, and cholesterol on the artery walls.
Dre is a 55-year old record producer and also an audio engineer, who is also the co-founder of headphone maker Beats. He founded the company in 2006 with Jimmy lovine. However, Apple acquired the company in 2014 for 43 billion.
