YESING: Good evening! Thank you for asking. I’m doing well, thank you. I’ve been busy working on my music and connecting with my fans. It’s been an exciting journey, and I’m grateful for all the support I’ve received. How about you?
DMR: The latest music video of ‘Nti Li Bghit (You’re The One I Wanted)’ is a success already. So tell me, did you expect the song to do this well?
YESING: I am extremely happy with the success of the music video “Nti Li Bghit” (You’re The One I Wanted)’ so far. The positive feedback I have received from my amazing fans has been incredible and inspiring to me. My artistic works mean a lot to me, and I had great confidence in the song and the accompanying video’s vision. However, I did not expect the overwhelming positive response that the song received in such a short time. Its early success reflects my strong connection with my audience and my appreciation for their boundless support. Thank you for your appreciation and love, and I promise you that I will continue to deliver more music that touches your hearts and inspires you.
DMR: You have built quite a strong fan base and we can see that in the huge support you have been getting for your new musical release. What do you want to say about that?
YESING: I am extremely grateful for the tremendous support I have received for my new music release from my amazing audience. It is a great honor to have my music make a positive impact and receive such overwhelming support from people.

YESING: I draw inspiration from various genres like pop, new wave, alternative R&B, and traditional Moroccan music. I love exploring different musical styles to showcase my versatility and artistic growth. While I’ve gained recognition in the pop music scene, I’m open to venturing into new genres. My creative vision and artistic preferences guide my decision to either stick to a specific genre or explore new ones. Stay tuned for my evolving sound and exciting musical journey.
DMR: Tell me something about the song-making process. What was the inspiration behind this beautiful song?
YESING: The song-making process is a deeply personal and creative journey. For this beautiful song, I drew inspiration from love, longing, and personal reflection. The lyrics capture emotions and human connections, while the music aims to evoke a specific mood. Collaborating with talented musicians and producers brought the song to life, creating a captivating and emotionally resonant piece. It’s a heartfelt expression of my artistic vision, inviting listeners to connect and be moved by its beauty.
DMR: You have said a lot of your writings come from your real-life experiences, so is there any particular incident you want to share with us that you have used to write any of your recent music?
YESING: Certainly! As Yesing, I draw inspiration from a multitude of sources to create my music. While real-life experiences play a significant role, I also draw inspiration from literature, art, nature, and human emotions. These various sources fuel my creativity and allow me to explore different perspectives and narratives in my music. By incorporating diverse influences, I aim to create a rich and multifaceted musical experience for my listeners.
DMR: You have also said that you have been passionate about music since you were a little kid. So ifyou were not a musician, what would you have been instead?
YESING: If I weren’t a musician, I believe I would have pursued a career in a creative field. Perhaps I would have become a visual artist, expressing my creativity through paintings or sculptures. Alternatively, I might have explored the world of filmmaking, using my imagination to tell captivating stories on the big screen. Regardless of the specific path, I know that my passion for art and creativity would have guided me towards a fulfilling and expressive career.
DMR: which artists have inspired you to become a musician?
YESING: The Weeknd, Justin Timberlake, Adam Levine, and Coldplay have all been influential artists who have inspired me on my journey as a musician. Their distinct styles, captivating performances, and ability to connect with audiences have left a lasting impact on my own music.
DMR: What about your family? Did they support your career choice? Did any of them help you to achieve the status you have achieved today?
YESING: Yes, my family has been very supportive of my career as a musician. Their encouragement and belief in me have played a significant role in my journey and the achievements I have attained. I am grateful for their unwavering support.
DMR: if you could work with any late artist, who would it be and why?
YESING: If I could work with any late artist, it would be Justin Timberlake. His versatility, iconic status, and ability to seamlessly blend genres have always fascinated me. Collaborating with him would be a dream come true and an opportunity to learn from his musicality and captivating performances.
DMR: What about the current artists? Do you have anyone in your mind that you want to collaborate with or think would fit properly with the music you make?
YESING: As an artist, I’m always open to collaborating with talented musicians who share a similar artistic vision. There are many current artists that I admire and would love to collaborate with. One artist that comes to mind is Dua Lipa. I appreciate her unique style, powerful vocals, and ability to create catchy and empowering pop music. I believe a collaboration with her would result in a dynamic and exciting musical blend. However, I’m also open to exploring collaborations with artists from different genres to create something fresh and unexpected. Ultimately, the most important factor for me is finding an artist who resonates with my music and with whom I can create something truly special.
