Taylor Swift Becomes a Musical Rival to her Boyfriend Travis Kelce for the Top Spot on Vinyl Chart

Taylor Swift hit the stadium on Sunday to watch her boyfriend Travis Kelce play for his team Kansas City. It assures that the couple is not going through any strict rivalry between the couple. However, Taylor Swift is potentially blocking the Kelce brothers from reaching the top spot on the Vinyl Chart.

With everyone prepping for Christmas, there is a new collection of songs is about to drop, titled ‘A Philly Special Christmas’ where many players have joined. This vinyl version of the Philadelphia Eagles’ surprise hit Christmas collection, features the Kelce brothers namely Jason Kelce and Travis Kelce who performed “Fairytale of Philadelphia,” a rendition of the Shane MacGowan classic. On the Billboard Vinyl Chart, the music project has landed on No. 2 (for the deluxe edition) and No. 3 (for the 2023 edition).

However, the music project might not be able to acquire the top spot as Swift’s ‘1989 (Taylor’s Version)’ is reigning at the top spot for consecutive six weeks. Evidently, Taylor Swift’s music project is potentially blocking the Kelce brothers from reaching the top spot. While the music rivalry can be determined through the top charts, the couple has not shown any reaction regarding it.

Along with the Kelce brothers, ‘A Philly Special Christmas’ is also comprised of Eagles teammates Lane Johnson and Jordan Mailata. This Christmas album has gathered plenty of attention and love from the fans. One of the songs from the album, ‘Fairytale of Philadelphia’ by Kelce Brothers has also reached the top of the iTunes charts.

Sunday’s game was quite a hype moment that took place against the New England Patriots in Foxboro. Massachusetts has marked the third straight Chiefs game, and seventh in the overall season. The Eras Tour will be continuing but its chapters for 2023 are about to end. With ample time to focus on the game, Swift flew to Kansas City for the Sunday match. However, it was not a good day for Kelce and his team.

During the broadcast of the match, announcer Tony Romo mistakenly called Taylor Swift the ‘wife’ of Travis Kelce and had to correct himself soon. On Sunday’s match, Swift also brought her friend Alana Haim of Haim for support. However, Kelce and the Chiefs have witnessed two straight losses back to back even though Swift was there.
