Since the last month, the romantic relationship between the rapper, Doja Cat and the Stranger Things actor Joseph Quinn has become the only thing on the fans’ minds. While the couple has been seen at many different places showing PDA and holding hands, the speculation started to rise and it reached an immense height when Doja Cat showed off a ring on her left hand’s wedding finger in the middle of her performance at iHeartRadio Music Festival. Last August, these two high-end iconic figures went public with their relationship status and the stunt pulled by Doja Cat made her fans think of the obvious. The Stranger Things’ actor Joseph Quinn and their idol, Doja Cat are engaged and she has just made a semi-official announcement by showing off the ring to her fans at the iHeartRadio Music Festival.
On 21st September, the 28-year-old ‘Paint the Town Red’ rapper flashed a ring on her left hand while performing at the iHeartRadio Music Festival leaving many fans wondering if she got engaged to the Stanger Things actor. On early Sunday morning, 22nd September, the rapper hopped on X (formerly Twitter) to take the narrative in her power and wrote ‘no, im not engaged its a David Yurman ring with no rocks in it,’ which was deleted very quickly according to screenshots from resources. The speculation started when the rapper’s images of the ‘Agora Hills’ performance surfaced. ‘Rub it in their face, put a rock on her hand,’ she sang while holding out her hand and showing the ring.
The Doja Cat and Joseph Quinn lore dates back to 2022 when the “Paint the Town Red” crooner hit up Quinn’s Stranger Things co-star Noah Schnapp on Instagram, basically confessing she had a crush on A Quiet Place: Day One actor. However, Schnapp eventually breached her trust and leaked the private chat on TikTok in an attempt to playfully tease the singer. Doja didn’t let the issue slip by and hit back at the teen actor, bashing him for being ‘unbelievably socially unaware and whack.’ She also slammed Schnapps’ little stunt as ‘degrading’ and ‘super embarrassing.’ The Stranger Thing star later said there were ‘no hard feelings’ between them and he had apologized to her.

After this, the Doja Cat was seen with Joseph Quinn going public with their romance after stepping out in London holding hands in August. The public’s first sighting of the apparent couple came Aug. 17, when the rapper and A Quiet Place: Day One star took a romantic stroll through the city with their fingers locked. The following day, a video surfaced of them again walking through London.
