Taylor Swift has given a magnificent experience to all her fans by making the last show of the tour even more special for all with her brilliant performances.
Taylor Swift ended her Eras Tour on 8th December in Vancouver, Canada and it was an excellent experience for all. The artist has performed in a total of 152 shows. Before the last show, she performed 151 shows but the last one truly touched everyone’s hearts. On the last day of the Eras Tour, there weren’t any gimmicks or guests. It was only Taylor who gave all of her and mesmerized everyone.
Before starting the Vancouver show, the artist said ‘We are about to go on one last grand adventure together’. And at the end, the artist said ‘Every one of you for being part of the most thrilling chapter of my entire life to date — my beloved Eras Tour’. It was a big milestone for Taylor as she single-handedly took the tour to a whole new level. The show time was about three hours and twenty minutes. However, on the last day, the artist kept on adding more songs and extended it even more for her fans.
In the end, when she hugged the dancers of her crew, it seemed like the artist tried to stretch her arm a little bit more to show how it was special for all of them. It can be said that Taylor has truly showcased her talent on this particular tour. No other tour of this artist was this big. On the last day, she gave a mashup around ‘Long Live’, which felt quite special. In this song, she also changed the like ‘end of a decade’ to ‘end of an era’. It can be said that this Eras Tour will always remain closely in everyone’s hearts and will belong to their memory.
There is no debate on how she has been preparing for this tour. Taylor even said that she ‘had so long to prepare for the end of this tour’. The artist also added by saying ‘trying to think about what songs really encapsulate how I feel about tonight, so I decided to go back to the beginning’. While closing the show, the artist sang various soundtracks. She started with ‘A Place in This World’ then went on to ‘New Romantics’, after that ‘Long Live’, ‘New Year’s Day’, ‘The Manuscript’, and at the end ‘The Tortured Poets Department’. The artist ended the show by saying ‘The story isn’t mine anymore’ and shared her story with all her Swifties.
