The overwhelming musicality of SCAPEGOAT YES-MEN is extremely gripping and this EP will offer you some ecstatic vibes. Their debut EP has five tracks in it and each of them offers some well-narrated lines with daunting rapping vocals. Apart from that, you will also find some elaborated soundscapes that will trigger you to play the songs on loops. This EP ‘OUR INNER CHILD WAS KIDNAPPED, WE’RE TRYING TO GET IT BACK’ is a collaborative venture by Ned, The Koala, and Scotty M. They both have their separate fan base and their individual career. Their amazing pleasing qualities and their supreme music skills have elevated each song of this set.
This collaboration shows that when two extremely powerful music artists come as a team they are capable of creating some fiery vibes as they have produced in this EP. And they are intrigued to offer a new perspective to their well-reputed career. This is their debut EP but still, the songs are extremely fisting and extremely well-performed. ‘OUR INNER CHILD WAS KIDNAPPED, WE’RE TRYING TO GET IT BACK’ delivered five numbers and all of them offer a separate aura through it. ‘Numbers’, ‘Popstar Anthem’, ‘Ur Gonna Hate Me’, ‘Bryte Future’, and ‘Sultry Luv’ are extremely elevating and distinctive to witness.
The title of the EP is very interesting, everyone at least once, if not more, has considered this perspective of growing up. The inner child in everyone stays suppressed and sometimes nurtured, demands to come out and be unreasonable and questions every decision of adulthood. These songs are in several ways enlightening and SCAPEGOAT YES-MEN has done a brilliant job while doing it. Hopefully, this unique and fruitful team will deliver more and more impressive tracks in the future. Until then you are free to enjoy these uplifting tracks of this EP. The songs are available on SoundCloud, YouTube, and Bandcamp. Here is the SCAPEGOAT YES-MEN Linktree, for easier access.
