The typically Slim Marshall once gained more than 230 lbs due to his severe addiction to prescribed pills. He used to take 40-60 pills a day which leads to heavy consumption of fast food and a disoriented lifestyle. However, Elton John helped him get clean and supported his recovery, 12 years of recovery.
