Docman

Docman is one of the artists who has always provided the best for his music admirers. His upcoming album named ‘Chapter 29’, is set to release in June. The first single Legends Always Die’ has some engaging wordplays along with well-balanced musical forms. The opening rolling musicals have laid out a wide spreadsheet for the compelling wordplay that forms its exceptional musical aura. The track talks about how people always consider someone who died a legend even if that person didn’t earn that title while still alive. Docman says, ”If thats the criteria to becoming a legend, then dont sign me up.”

Maurice Robinson, professionally known as ”Docman,” is originally from Yuma, AZ. He moved to NY with his mother when he was two years old. Life in Queensbridge was rough, with him being exposed to drugs and poverty. But it didn’t stop him from doing his real passion – music. Before releasing his official debut EP in 2015, ‘The DOCument,’ Docman has been releasing underground mixtapes under the name Doc with his group, JHC. Aside from those, he also had his first tour in the summer of 2015, where he performed in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, and New York.

Docman has lined up a lot of projects in these coming days, including the second single from the album, ”Lock Lock Lock” in May and a four-city Texas promo tour sometime in summer. The dedication that he has for his musical passion is very gravitating to witness, and it won’t be surprising to see him become a household name as long as he continues to drop projects like Legends Always Die.
