Stephen Piazza was born in a San Jose Christian family. In 1989, his family moved to Central Valley, and this was when Stephen Piazza realized his passion for the musical form of art. And in no time, he introduced himself to the first band, ’Second Avenue.’ He performed with this band for two years straight. Then in 2003, he joined another band called ‘Five Star Rising,’ which was signed to a management team Chris Ricci Presents LLC, after a year. Their band has achieved various awards and shows. And Stephen Piazza’s days as a part of a band member continued offering him a good share of popularity and fame. Deluged with alcohol & drugs, he stirred himself away from his Christian roots.
It was 12th June 2020 when he had a near-death experience, and according to his testimony, he also had an encounter with Jesus, which has changed his life. Fast forward, Stephen Piazza is now a dedicated Christian recording artist, making music that inspires and encourages those who are lost to seek God in times of dark days. He hopes to weave heartfelt, raw, and emotion-fueled connections with his listeners. Nothing short of a gospel anthem coming straight from the chambers of a grateful heart, ‘Set Free’ indeed ushers everyone within a realm of inward reflection.
