Talent managers play an important role in shaping the career of their clients and guiding new artists in the right direction, to kick-start their journey. When a Talent Manager takes up work with a client, their main role is to introduce the new artist to assist them with career development with the aim of introducing them to the world. To do so, they arrange public appearances, performances, and negotiating terms stipulated in an artist’s contracts. An example of one who is talented is Talent Manager; Ike Mann, who appears to be a man who was sent to this world with a master plan.
While there are many Talent Managers out there, not everyone is the best. Some take years to gain accurate knowledge and make their way to the top, while others are naturally gifted with that inbuilt passion and knowledge for talent. This passion cannot be bought.

Ike has been a keen music lover since day one. He has an inbuilt, natural knack for music, musical talent, networking, and social gatherings, which has enabled him to rise up in the industry of music and talent, working with big-name talents as frequently as Tyson Fury picks up boxing gloves.
Being in the entertainment industry for so long, IkeMann is now considered to be one of the most celebrated Talent Managers, and has become a ‘must know’ body. Looking at the knowledge, passion for music and reputation IkeMann has been able to build so far in the industry, it sure seems like he is here to stay – and we don’t mind!
From a young age, Ike has had a keen ear for music and likeness for the most genres but little did he – or anyone for that matter, know that this flair of knowledge would take him to work with some of his favorite and biggest names in the industry of entertainment. As a child of the ’80s, Ike got to experience the start of a common craze of urban, R&B, and hip hop genres in the decade. In the late ‘80s especially, rap started to pick up in the music industry and became a successful part of the decade; along with the emergence of the golden era of hip hop. While the 80s was just the start, rap and hip hop continued to experience rise in popularity between the age of 1990s and 2000s, and this was the time that Ike developed a keen ear for these urban genres.
The very first rap record Ike bought was ‘AmeriKKKa’s Most Wanted’, which was Ice Cubes’ first studio album. As he grew up and got to listen to a range of artists in the industry, with mix genres like Dance, Pop, and others; Ike Mann’s passion, love, and knowledge of music grew. Since then, he has gained experience working with some of the top names of music, public figures, media personalities, and sports from all around the globe. To start off his career in this field, Ike worked with a number of agents, managers, and publicists. Once Ike had enough experience and contacts to directly work with big names in the media industry, he started a career of his own. Along the way, he came across prime figures in the related industries.
As Ike had an attentive ear for talent from the beginning, he began to attend different unsigned talent shows all over the United Kingdom and also Miami where he spends a lot of his time. Apart from sourcing talent from talent shows, he spent hours over Youtube and Soundcloud’s kind of platforms to come across more talented people that he can work with.
One of the artists that quickly grabbed Ike Mann’s attention was Isla Wolfe, who is an independent artist, writer, and producer based in Birmingham, UK. Isla Wolfe was born and brought up in a musically talented family, which resulted in her experiencing and enjoying live music from a very young age and trying her luck on a number of different musical instruments. Isla’s main influence is neo-soul, trap, R&B, and hip hop, which compels her to independently write, record, produce, and engineer her own songs.
Even though Ike Mann is fairly popular after working with a number of big shots in the industry, he stays particularly grounded. When Ike was asked where he sees his life in the next 5 years, he replied:
‘For me, life is all about progressing and striving to be in a better position every day, as every other day is an opportunity. In the next 5 years, I would like to definitely progress in my career, take my career further, and have the fortune of identifying and working with new talent. My dream to achieve success is not merely going to stay a dream, as I am regularly working day in and day out to get to where I want to be.
