Contemporary hip hop and rap elements are being utilized in a thematic progression of lyrical engagement in artist Boomie Dee’s newly released song, ‘In My Head’.
Rapper and songwriter Boomie Dee creates a module of remembrance with her newly released track, ‘In My Head’. The song is thematically about her father who passed away when she was only 16 owing to medical complications. The song is a tribute to his late parent as she spontaneously spins a creative course of nostalgic lyrical and musical scope. Although this song is her debut, she explicitly presents an engaging scope of emotional roundabouts where each word is uttered with utmost divinity. She utilizes modulations of modern-day electronic elements in her music that beautifully resonates with the natural flow of the song. From her delivery of words to her intensity of rhythmic variations, she has compiled it all just within less than three minutes. The independent artist’s mellifluousness and positive attitude are infused in its music as the audience can relate and empathize with her invasive stream of lyrics.
