The stupendous rapper, S1yKillRyuk has packed a lot of punches in his latest rap song. He has soared up the mercury with his cracking hit track ‘Back Of The Truck’. We were overwhelmed by the simplicity of the Pittsburgh based upcoming artist as he agreed instantly for an interview.
We started the interview by congratulating the rapper on his recent success and wished him the best of luck for all his upcoming ventures. He was in the midst of a music video shoot but took time out of the busy schedule. It was an interesting conversation and here are a few excerpts from the interview.
1. Who has been the very first influence in your life who was instrumental in creating your interest in rap music?
Ans: My brothers they always been the ones i can freestyle with i dont know it just got me better i guess.
2. Are you an instinctive artist who is more driven by the passion to perform?
Ans: Yes absolutely.
3. Which icon from yesteryears has left an indomitable impression on you while growing up?
Ans: Alot i mean i really looked up to xxxtentacion fr fr .
4. Are you happy with the way things have shaped up in your career spanning three years?
Ans: Man i thank god everyday, Its a blessing it makes me cry sometimes knowing peoplel can listen to my songs.
5. According to you, which contemporary rapper has the best potential to make it to the big league?
Ans: Every rapper has potential and can make it just keep working on it will pay off.
6. Are you happy with the kind of support you received from the hip hop industry till now?
Ans: Oh yeah of course i’m greatful.
7. How do you deal with the pressures of being a star and the constant adulation from fans?
Ans: No pressure at all i’m use to it.
8. Did the pandemic gave you some extra time to introspect and fine-tune your skills as a rapper?
Ans: Yes but it also took alot of things i had plan.
9. Do you think that you have achieved a lot in these three years or there is still a long way to go?
Ans: Still a long way i’m bot done into i complete my purpose.
10. How often do you get time to go for a vacay and tell us about your favorite holiday destination?
Ans: I never left my city i know crazy huh but its true haha..
