DMR: Hello Trig The Optimus, it is nice to finally talk to you. First of all, congratulationson your big success for ‘Right Now’. How are feeling after achieving such a massive response from the audience?
Trig The Optimus: Honestly, It’s exciting but also very humbling. When you invest in yourself, and you finally see the results.
DMR: How did you come up with the concept of making this album?
Trig The Optimus: The concept of the album came from the need to neutralize the chaos by being a Spark Of Light.
DMR: What has inspired you to make this album?
Trig The Optimus: I wanted to show the world that you can still achieve your aspirations while remaining authentic.
DMR: What has encouraged you to become a musician?
Trig The Optimus: I always had a passion for music. Music has guided me through many facets of my life. I have always had a competitive spirit. This is the ultimate level of competition. The industry is one of the toughest in the world. There is no question, this is where I am supposed to be.
DMR: Would you like to try any other genre of music in the future?
Trig The Optimus: Actually, I take a firm stance on not being pigeonholed into one specific genre and will continue to show that through my work.
DMR: You work as an independent artist, how do you manage everything on your own?
Trig The Optimus: What I’m trying to do doesn’t happen alone. I have a team. The structure of my business is as intentional and authentic as my music. You must build the foundation of your business according to your mission and your vision.
DMR: Are you working on a new project right now?
Trig The Optimus: Yes. I am working on another project. I am always creating. It’s in my blood. I am very proud of Right Now but excited to share my new work.
DMR: When will you release your next work?
Trig The Optimus: I’m going to keep my foot on the gas. I don’t have any specifics but just know it’ll be sooner rather than later.
DMR: Are you planning any shows or concerts in this coming time?
Trig The Optimus: I have a show coming up in Vegas on November 9. Also, I will be performing at various charity events over the holidays.
DMR: Other than music, what are your other interests?
Trig The Optimus: I enjoy traveling, watching and playing sports. What I enjoy most, is being a father. My girls are my pride and joy.
DMR: How is your journey so far?
Trig The Optimus: The journey has been just that, a journey. Mainly figuring out the correct formula to ultimately deliver my message.
“ You can impact the universe with proper preparation and authenticity” It is important to be yourself, to be authentic. This is the time for change. I work daily to be the change I want to see in the world.
DMR: Is there any message you want to give to your fans?
Answer: Stand up and be the star of you own life. Whatever you want to do, whatever you are passionate about, do it. You can change the world too. Be yourself.
