DMR: Hey, Ty5odopee, congratulation first of all. Your songs have been loved and acclaimed by listeners worldwide. So, how is the feeling?

Ty5odopee: Well for one I want to Thank You and your organization for having and accepting me. I am truly honored considering where I come from, we don’t use the word Family lightly, and you know Love is mostly found with family ,so just to be able to spread my msg with loyal listeners when all you grew up around was trauma is just a Blessing by itself.

DMR: One question, I guess, has come to everyone’s mind and everyone would love to know the reason behind carrying such a name for yourself. Does it signify anything that we missed?

Ty5odopee: tysodopee. Really came from Tyler just figuring out Tyler navigating through life learning how to move ,not to toot my own horn (haha) I always thought I had a decent but trauma filled life/past I basically added the 5 once I became more spiritual. The 5 simply symbolizes Growth, Confidence ,Self Development, and Balance with your 5 senses (Smell Touch Taste See, and Listen I always struggled with depression.

DMR: So, tell us something about yourself – your music and life.

Ty5odopee: Just a kid outside of Saint Louis ,Mo wanting to make a way out of nowhere switching from job to job. I honestly couldn’t keep a job in my hood for more than 5 months. Music always felt like home to me seems like whatever me or my homies going through, turn on that Rod Wave ,Lil Durk ,NBA Youngboy ,2pac awwMan! It’s like we could do the impossible frl. Music talks to you in a way no one else ever could so, when my brother got in the FEDS I just had alot of pain that needed to be released I didn’t have an outlet for it considering being homeless at the age of 20 in Arizona with my Pops ,we slept in his care cuz he couldn’t pay his bills at the time we didn’t have anywhere else to go. Growing up I only wanted to make my mama proud with any and everything I did ,I could never repay her for the times of struggles I caused She’s #1

DMR: So, why did you choose to pursue the hip-hop genre?

Ty5odopee: All the people around me knew was HipHop wondering If I got that new album of Future or LilBaby. The way of the beat to my ears was like magik! I fell inlove and never looked back … the rythem + beat just seem so natural when I start bobbing my head.

DMR: Share some interesting incidents during the composition of the songs

Ty5odopee: I could never find studio time! Everything is never gonna be perfect, I’ve always had a thing for Love Songs growing up. when you find that doorway halfway open sometimes your heart + things will start to make a way for things to happen. I am infatuated with ART 🖼 I love art and the stories behind them to the detail to the artist exploring knowledge is very important.

DMR: Is there any change that you want in the existing hip-hop genre that affects the art?

Ty5odopee: No everyone is unique ,you should go with what suits you(them) best.

DMR: How do you see the future of hip-hop music?

Ty5odopee: I know HipHop will continue to do tremendous numbers at the rate it’s going at now.

DMR: Do you want to prove something through your song?

Ty5odopee: Express to the youth that you can do anything you put your mind two. Your story doesn’t define you .. your path and the decisions you make right now does.

DMR: As a musician, which part do you think is more difficult, music composing or songwriting?

Ty5odopee: Songwriting I am gonna get better and I will get better.

DMR: Is there any song that you are working on and going to release soon?

Ty5odopee: Lost Emotions will be coming to all platforms soon!

DMR: Is there any advice for budding hip-hop artists?

Ty5odopee: Do the best you can with what you have never go seeking and expecting someone to give you anything.

DMR: Is there any message you want to share with your fans?
