After nearly 14 years of time Britney Spears, a 39-year old singer is free from her conservatorship. The acting judge of this case Brenda Penny has finished the legal arrangement during Friday’s hearing and granted the artist’s request to end it without any mental evaluations of her.
From the New York Times it is excerpted “The conservatorship of the person and estate of Britney Jean Spears is no longer required” said the judge.
The artist herself shared a video, in which hundreds of # FreeBritney supporters were present at the courthouse and she captioned on that post is “I think I’m gonna cry the rest of the day !!!! Best day ever…”
Mathew Rosengart the attorney of Britney was appointed only just four months ago, addressed the reporters after the hearing is finished. Within his 30 minutes speech, he said it is the first time that could be said about one person who is Britney and her next thing would be to succeed after this conservatorship matter.
Moreover, this attorney said, “We have a safety net in place for Britney, both on the personal side and on the financial side”. Being an independent person, she knows what to do and the next journey of this artist is up to her also said by this attorney.

The artist’s multi-million dollar estate has been under the control of Britney’s father for more than a decade and that has been terminated. John Zabel is a certified accountant who was approved to take over the conservator of the estate temporarily in September.
Nearly every fan follower of Britney Spears supported the dissolution of the conservatorship before Friday’s anticipated hearing. Attorney Harry Nelson told that Britney’s freedom from the conservatorship is due for a very long period of time.
