Aespa singers are spilling the truth in their recent interview at the HANBAM series. In the very first episode, these aespa artists were the guest. The host Heo Young Ji has come up with this show to give an opportunity to artists to vent out their grievances at various stages in their life. Artists from this girl group have said how they are forced to follow a difficult lifestyle to look a certain way.

They have also said that the atmosphere is also not very pleasant when they work with SM Entertainment. The aespa singers have literally complaint against them. They have also added that they are also not allowed to use different Instagram accounts for every individual. It is coming to know that they are forced to use only one social media account that only represents the band.

Artists from this group are also instructed to look a certain way. That is why they have to do yoga to maintain that look. To make it understandable, Young Ji, the host of the show has also shown a silhouette picture where Karina is doing the flying position. It is their teacher who makes everyone do these difficult yoga positions. While saying this, Young Ji also timidly said how she gets ready for her workout session only to click pictures in her gym outfits.

While talking about these yoga positions, NingNing has said that it is extremely difficult to follow the instructions of their teacher and it is nearly impossible to do those yoga postures. Along with her Winter also said that ‘it felt like someone was twisting her legs’ and Karina also added ‘she has cried while doing flying yoga before’.

There are a lot of things that are being done by the girl group members because they have fixed a standard that everyone has to fit in. All the four group members and Young Ji who is also a part of the group named ‘KARA’ said this kind of stereotypical behavior is really uncomfortable for the artists. And it is quite difficult to stand up to their expectations. From this, it can be understood how the K-pop industry is toxic for all its artists.
