The finale is close and the only one can get crowned with this year’s “America’s Got Talent” best performer. Tues night’s edition was the last chance for the participants to impress the judges with the last marvelous blow of astonishment before they declare the winner in Wednesday night’s finale. Roberta Battaglia stole the night without a doubt with the beautiful Alessia Cara cover that stunned the judges. It was a delight to watch her fiery performance on that stage before the finals.
The episode started with a mind-blowing performance by the 11-year-old Canadian candidate, Roberta Battaglia. She chose the famous song “Scars to Your Beautiful” by her fellow Canadian Alessia Cara to pay tribute to her culture and native land. At the end of the performance, she received a standing ovation from all the three judges. She stupefied the audiences with her emotional song choice and a strong control on her high notes. Heidi Klum told her that she was “born to be a singer.”
Howie Mandel was mesmerized with the little pocket of power telling all the other contestants that everyone got a tough fight after such a fantastic performance. He added that everyone should be careful and beat her performance to win the show. She has been everyone’s favorite so far in the show.
It wasn’t the first time she blew the judges away with her young spirit and excellent skills in singing. She sang ‘Shallow’, the award-winning song by Lady Gaga in her first performance on the stage of AGT. The judges were baffled by her charismatic grip over her voice and Sofia Vergara blew the Golden Buzzer for her.
She is only 11 years old and she reached the final stage of 2020 ATG with her own swag. She had an impressive journey throughout this year’s AGT with many incomparable memories. The result will be out on Wednesday and it will be revealed if she is truly good enough to win the show.
