After 21 Years Of A Successful Run, Apple Discontinues Ipod And Its Development. The Steve Jobs’ Device That Brought A Revolution To The World Music Industry Will Not Be Sold Officially By The Company.

Over Two Long Decades, The Product Came In Various Shapes And Designs And Had Solved The Problem Of Many Music Lovers. Smaller Than The Mini Pocket Of Your Jeans, The Device Can Store Thousands Of Songs In It.

The Main Idea Of Apple For Launching The Ipod Was To Make More People Buy Macintosh Computers. Outside The Macintosh Ecosystem, The Ipod Was The First Personal Electronic Product Made By The Company. It Had A Great Contribution To Apple In Making It The Most Valuable Company Across The World.

The Former Senior Vice President, Tony Fadell, Who Is The Inventor Of The Ipod Said, “If We Didn’t Do The Ipod, The Iphone Wouldn’t Have Come Out. The Ipod Brought Us Confidence. It Brought Steve (Jobs) Confidence That We Could Do Something Outside Of The Map And That We Could Actually Continue To Innovate In New Areas.”

After The Launch Of The First Ipod With The Iconic Click Heel And Steel Frame, They Launched Ipod Mini. Both Products Were Successful And, Built The Foundation For The Other Products Like The Ipad And Iphone.

The Ipod Trend Was Huge, But The Life Span Was Short. Soon, It Was Replaced By Multimedia Phones. People Found It More Worth Buying Iphone Than Ipod. But, The Buzz It Created With Its Tiny Shape Was Huge.

Apple Has Never Separated Its Sales From Other Products. However, The Consistent Fall In Sales Has Made Them Do So. The Music Streaming Services Will Remain The Same.
