BET Awards 2020: See who made it to the top of the nominations

Hosted by Comedian Amanda Seales, the 20th-anniversary celebration of BET Awards was conducted virtually through ViacomCBS on 28th June. The BET 2020 awards honored the best talents of movies, television, music, and sports.

The event was star-studded and thoroughly entertaining due to some amazing performances from stars like DaBaby, D Smoke, Jennifer Hudson, John Legend, Alicia Keys, Chloe x Halle, Lil Wayne, Megan Thee Stallion, Jonathan McReynolds, Kane Brown, Summer Walker, Usher, Wayne Brady, SiR, and Roddy Ricch.

Despite leading the tally with six nominations, Drake managed to grab only one. Drake was followed by Roddy Rich and Megan Thee Stallion with five nominations each. Megan Thee Stallion was awarded two trophies, while Blue Ivy Carter, at the age of 8, received her first BET award.
