Next up there is the singer and performer Doja Cat is nominated for 14 awards. She is holding the position of highest nomination among all the female musicians. She is nominated for her third album ‘Planet Her’. Doja has been chosen as a top female artist, top artist, and top hot 100 artists. She is also selected for the Top Billboard 200 Album and Top R&B Album. She is the second-highest nominated artist for Billboard 2022.
After that no very surprisingly Olivia Rodrigo is nominated in 13 categories in BBMA. The Grammy-winning singer has been selected for top artist, top new artist, top female artist, and top hot 100 artists. This young artist is nominated for her exceptional presentation in her album ‘SOUR’ and the song ‘good 4 u’.
Along with her, carrying the same number of nomination is Justin Bieber and Kanye West. Both are nominated for 13 awards. This year Drake, the most number of BBMA winning artists is nominated in 11 categories for top artist, top male artist, top Billboard 200 artist, and more.
Next up there is Taylor Swift who is selected for seven categories for her album ‘Fearless’ and ‘Red’.
In this award function, five new segments have been introduced. Among them, four are based on Billboard’s global charts and one is measuring viral songs.
