Britney Spears blasted her sister’s comments and described it as “out of control” on Jamie Lynn’s recent interview at “Good Morning America”

Britney refuted the comments made by her sister Jamie Lynn Spears and stated that her behavior was erratic before the 13-year conservatorship, which was terminated in November.

After Jamie Lynn’s interview at ‘GMA’, Britney wrote on social media “She was never around me much 15 years ago at that time… so why are they even talking about that unless she wants to sell a book at my expense”.

Addressing her sister’s previous comments about her performances, Jamie Lynn Spears said on ‘GMA’ that she “didn’t understand” the problem.

Britney went on to further elaborate on the reason for picking up the issue.

With her statement on Thursday, Britney stated “I know it may sound like a silly thing to most people but I wrote a lot of my songs and my sister was the baby, she never had to work for anything. Everything was always given to her!”

She added, “I do remember asking my sister why she did that when she knew I was waiting to change my show and her only words were, ‘Well, it wasn’t my idea …’ Hope your book does well, Jamie Lynn!”.

This is Britney’s latest post where she had highlighted how her family treated her during the conservatorship.

Meanwhile, Jamie Lynn in the interview said that she offered to help her sister with resources but that she “didn’t want to be part of” the conservatorship.

She added “I didn’t understand what was happening, nor was I focused on that. I was focused on the fact that I was a 17-year-old about to have a baby. I understand just as little about it then as I do now.”

Fans of Britney Spears have criticized Jamie for the benefits of the arrangement despite her comments not being part of her sister’s legal situation.

Back in October, the non-profit organization This is my Brave went on to announce that it will not take donations from Jamie Lynn Spear’s memoir after the backlash from Britney’s supporters.
