Taylor Swift has come up with her new soundtrack ‘Carolina’. The latest song is going to be featured in the upcoming movie ‘Where The Crawdads Sing’
The pop singer Taylor Swift has dropped her latest soundtrack named, ‘Carolina’. The song is going to be a part of the movie ‘Where The Crawdads Sing’. The movie is an adaptation of the 2018 novel by Delia Owens’. The story is based on a girl who raises herself in the marshland of North Carolina. The song was a part of the movie trailer and now the full version of the song is going to release.
This song is produced by Aaron Dessner. This song is followed by Taylor’s albums ‘Evermore’ and ‘Folklore’.
The actress of the movie Reese Witherspoon said that ‘Taylor Swift writing a song for the film based on these characters was the greatest gift that we could have received. We got a call from Taylor and her team to tell us she had written a song, ‘Carolina,’ that incorporates so many of the haunting elements of the movie’.
She said about Taylor that she is a ‘beautiful songwriter who understands so much about folk and country music’.
About making this masterpiece song Taylor shared ‘About a year and half ago, I wrote a song about the story of a girl who always lived on the outside, looking in. Figuratively and literally,’
She also added and said ‘The juxtaposition of her loneliness and independence. Her curiosity and fear all tangled up. Her persisting gentleness and the world’s betrayal of it.’
It took a lot to make this song as she said ‘I wrote this one alone in the middle of the night and then @AaronDessner and I meticulously worked on a sound that we felt would be authentic to the moment when this story takes place.’
