A24 Music has come up with a new compilation for ‘Everyone’s Getting Involved: A Tribute to Talking Heads’ Stop Making Sense’. It is already out now and currently creating a huge buzz for different artists participating. The album opens with a new cover by Miley Cyrus of Talking Heads’ classic hit “Psycho Killer.”

Previously, the Flowers’ singer was found teasing this project at Los Angeles’ Chateau Marmont, and the online footage of her singer “Psycho Killer” went viral. At that moment, Cyrus was busy breaking the record on the top charts with her powerful single ‘Flowers’ which helped her win the 2024 Grammy Awards for Best Pop Solo Performance as well as Record of the Year. The song appeared in her studio album Endless Summer Vacation.

‘Everyone’s Getting Involved: A Tribute to Talking Heads’ Stop Making Sense’ is one of the greatest tributary projects that includes not only Miley but many other artists. There is a cover of “Take Me to the River” by Lorde that can captivate everyone. Similarly, Paramore will be offering a take on “Burning Down the House.”

The National is taking care of  Fear of Music’s “Heaven,” while “Girlfriend Is Better” is covered by Girl in Red. The unique rendition of “Making Flippy Floppy by Teezo Touchdown has also added a flair of creativity. The tribute album ‘ Stop Making Sesne’ is currently creating a major buzz among all kinds of music lovers.

Talking Heads is one of the greatest American bands ever formed that pioneered new wave music and inspired millions of others. Formed back in 1975, this band is one of the most critically acclaimed music groups that offered a new creative wave with the blended essence of art rock, punk, funk, and many other genres. Being the role models for the New York Punk scene, each member of the band namely David Byrne, Chris Frantz, Tina Weymouth, and Jerry Harrison offered a greater influence on the youth.
