Daniel DiCriscio Headlines Whisky a Go Go with BLONDEMIC Birthday Bash Concert

Hollywood, Feb 15, 2024 (Issuewire.com) – Daniel DiCriscio celebrated his birthday on January 26, 2024 with a headlining gig at the iconic Whisky a Go Go on the famous Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, CA. The event was titled “Daniel DiCriscio’s BLONDEMIC Birthday Bash Concert” and was DiCriscio’s first time being the featured headliner at this venue.

DiCriscio did a full set of his original songs all written, arranged, and produced by Daniel himself. 

DiCriscio is a successful recording artist for many years with a solid strong high energy dance musical style and sound along with concerts nationally and internationally including opening for Grace Jones at Paramount Studios Hollywood, CA to having cast members from The Real Housewives of Orange County as his dancers in his Anaheim, CA show.

DiCriscio, who was introduced onstage by Punk Bunny teased the audience with lines like “Are you ready for the BLONDEMIC himself?”, made his grand dramatic entrance down a flight of stairs to the legendary Whisky stage with his trademark long platinum blonde hair, black leather chaps, a bunch of birthday balloons in hand, and white sash wrapped around his toned tanned torso that read “Its My Birthday” to applause and excitement from the audience.  Daniel was also presented onstage with a “Hunk” Birthday Cake that was made in the likeness of DiCriscio’s image by Ashley Sinclair.

DiCriscio delivered a high energy nonstop set of his songs (with Punk Bunny as his dancers) that had the audience under his control and captivated them as they smiled, cheered, gyrated watching DiCriscio with his sexy black leather chaps, platinum blonde hair flips, and submitting to his strong dominant vocals. The set list included hits such as “Take Me to the Other Side” (PWL Remix), “Only Time Will Tell”, “BLONDEMIC”, “I’m On Fire”, and his current release “Hollywood”. 

The finale was the very upbeat and uplifting song “Only Time Will Tell”  that was received with amazing applause and yells of admiration from the audience. DiCriscio graciously took his bow and after a few seconds instructed the crowd with mic in hand to sing Happy Birthday to him. And did they ever. What an iconic moment.

DiCriscio also made a special acknowledgement on stage to his sister and her husband who flew in just for the concert, then thanked all (fans, friends, etc) that came to the show and celebrate DiCriscio’s special birthday.

DiCriscio said, “I am beyond elated. I never thought I would headline The Whisky. So many of my favorite music icons stood on that stage and now I did. I came to LA many years ago not knowing a soul to headlining The Whisky. Wow! I still can’t believe my name was up on that famous marquee! The show was off the charts!  Thank you Whisky!”
