The Documentary about Britney Spears titled Controlling Britney Spears, which delved into the life of Britney Spears and her controversial conservatorship is presented by the New York Times.
Just a few months ago the singer revealed some shocking information about her conservatorship. She blamed her father and family for exploiting her in the name of mental illness. They tried to ruin her career as per the statement by Spears.
The documentary is nominated for 12 awards in 7 different categories, including the best Broadcast Network or Cable Docuseries or Non-Fiction Series categories.
The succession of HBO received 6 nominations including 11 nominations together. On the other hand, The White Lotus and Barry tied for third place in the nomination lists. Both garner nine nods.
Moreover, all Docuseries Award nominees are 30 for 30. We need to talk about Cosby, The American Rescue Dog Show, and Shark Tank, which are among them.
The award ceremony will be held on 13th August at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles. The streaming segment will be presented the following day.
