Rihanna, the 36-year-old pop icon has performed in Jamnagar, India for the very first time. Her performance took place on Friday. The artist was invited to perform at the pre-wedding celebration of Anant Ambani. Anant is the younger son of the richest businessman in Asia, Mukesh Ambani. The younger son of Mukesh Ambani is tying the knot with Radhika Merchant.
They have arranged for a grand celebration for three days. But their wedding is about to take place nearly four months later in July. As of now, in the pre-wedding festivities, nearly 1200 people were invited. In the guest list, there are renowned personas like Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, and Ivanka Trump. Apart from them, the celebration was filled with Bollywood celebrities and other famous personalities from all around the world.
According to the report, Mukesh Ambani’s net worth is $117 billion. For that reason, he is considered the richest man in the whole of Asia. On the day of the celebration, Rihanna sang her biggest hits. The artist started her show with songs like ‘Stay’ and ‘Umbrella’. Apart from that, she has performed on various other soundtracks of her.
Rihanna performed after a really long time. The last time she did a concert was in 2016. After that in the Super Bowl halftime show and Academy Awards in 2023.
