As 2022 draws towards an end, everyone has been reminiscing about their favorites this year and former US President Barack Obama did not shy away from the trend as he took to Twitter to share the lists of his favorite books, movies and music. He first shared the list of his favorite books on Twitter, with “The Light We Carry” by Michelle Obama at number 1. He claimed to be “biased” when it came to opting for this book by his wife as his first choice.
Here is the list of the books that Obama loved this year:

The list received 40K likes on Twitter, with more on the way, while the President asked about recommendations for the books he should read in 2023. He then went on the share the movies that he loved this year:

Adding Descendant to the list, Obama claimed to be biased as the movie is a creation of Higher Ground production house, which is founded by him and Michelle Obama.
The former President is also a musically inclined soul, and he claimed to enjoy sharing his end of year playlists with his followers. In his post he wrote that he came across a lot of great songs in 2023, and added a list of the songs that he loved:
