
Harry Styles released ‘As It Was’, from the album ‘Harry’s House’. The album will reportedly comprise 13 songs in total. The music video is directed by Ukrainian Tanu Muino.
Harry Styles has recently shared his new song, ‘As It Was’ from his upcoming album ‘Harry’s House’. This is the first song of the album, and the album would be his third solo album. Some come with in-detail music which is directed by Ukrainian filmmaker Tanu Muino.
About directing Harry, Muino said, “Directing a Harry Styles video was a bucket list dream come true for me as he’s my favorite performer.” He said, “Shooting him was bittersweet as it was one of the happiest days of my life, but on the second day of the shoot, my country Ukraine was invaded so you can imagine the insane emotions we had while shooting.”
About going on with shooting amidst such intense circumstances, he said, “Me and my team from Ukraine poured so much love into this video and you can see it on screen. It will be a music video I will never forget and now I can happily retire.”
As per a report, Harry Styles will add 23 songs in total. The album was shot in multiple destinations of Los Angeles, UK, and Tokyo between 2020 and 2021. Harry styles once said that he, for this album, has collaborated with multiple singers Tyler Johnson, Mitch Rowand, and Kid Harpoon.
‘Harry’s House’ is the third solo album of the singer after ‘Fine Line’ in 2019, and ‘Harry Styles’ in 2017. He announced the LP in March with the release of the cover art of the album. The title of the album is supposedly alluding to the song “Harry’s House / Centerpiece” by Joni Mitchell from her 1975 album The ‘Hissing of Summer Lawns’.
Harry has already revealed that he is a great fan of the singer-songwriter. He also covered her hit song ‘Big Yellow Taxi’, during his NPR ‘Tiny Desk Concert’ in 2020. Hearing Style’s next solo album Mitchell tweeted, “Loved the title”.
Harry Styles is all set to return to Coachella in April, alongside Billie Eilish, Kanye West, and the Swedish Mafia. He will also go on a tour to the UK in June, where he will be joined by Mitski as an opener of the concerts.
