Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Confirmed Their Divorce

Actor and singer Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are separating their ways after 2 years of marriage. JLo has filed for a divorce recently and confirmed the news. According to the reports, she gave the documents listed for the divorce on 26^th April but she filed for the divorce on 20^th August. She filed for it on the same date of their marriage. On 20^th August 2022, the couple tied the knot and now are ready to get out of the relationship.

Both of them have made a public announcement regarding their separation. Previously, there were rumors regarding their divorce but at that time they didn’t make such confirmation. Thus, their fans were relieved that it was only a rumor and not true. However, this news has created a buzz among all as they filed for divorce in a brief time.

They got married in 2022 but they dated a long time ago. JLo and Affleck first met in 2002 and were cast together in two movies, named ‘Gigli’ and ‘Jersey Girl’. For a brief time period, they courted each other and were ready to get married. But they called off their marriage as they broke up in 2004. As they came together after such a long time, everyone expected that this time they were going to stay together.

The couple celebrated their marriage on Hampton Island near Savannah, Georgia.. Before this, Lopez got married three times to the following OjaniNoa, Cris Judd, and Marc Anthony. And she got out of them after some time. Just like her, it was the second wedding of Affleck. Before that, he was married to Jennifer Garner.

After the wedding with Affleck, Lopez said ‘Let me tell you it’s fiery! It’s great, and it’s challenging. We are both very willful. If you know what Leos are like, you know we’re passionate. Oh my God, so passionate, the both of us. One of us gets on a tangent about something, it’s like, ‘Just sit down and let him have his moment.’ Or he needs to sit down and let me have my moment. We know each other in that way and we’re getting to know each other again, which is really beautiful too’.

A few times ago, JLo was asked ‘Is your divorce with Ben Affleck real? These rumors?’ then she said ‘Okay, we’re not doing that. Thank you so much guys, we really appreciate it. Thank you’. And after that she told the reporter, ‘You know better than that’. Even after all these, their fans do not understand why they are separating their ways.
