World-renowned guitarist Joe Perry of the American rock band Aerosmith has sold his huge property in Massachusetts.
According to WCVB the property is 7181 square feet, which has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. This is also known as Brook Haven Farm in Duxbury.
Joe Perry and his wife Billie Paulette have received $ 4.5 million for the estate.
This property is sited on the southern side of the state. It has a lot of luxurious things in the house.
The whole house is furnished with pine woods and stone fireplaces. It has large vault ceilings, a number of amenities. The pleasing living room is well-designed with accurate furniture. It has a lot of cabinets which gave an elegant feeling to the living room.

It has a separated media room and a studio, named the Boneyard. In that studio, Aerosmith has made a lot of successful tracks, for example, ‘Livin’ on the Edge and Cryin’’. The studio is designed with various Gibson guitars and gave a whole different vibe from the rest of the house.

The house has been sold by Janet and Bert Koelsch of Coldwell Banker Realty-Scituate. They have described the property by saying ‘It’s like living on the edge of paradise’ which is true to every core.
