K-Pop Singer Wheesung Found Dead In His Seoul Residence

A dreadful incident has taken place recently that has shaken up the K-pop industry. On the 10^th of March, at nearly 6.29 p.m., the South Korean singer Wheesung was found dead in his residence. According the reports from The Joongang, it is coming to know that his family members found him in this condition and immediately called emergency services and police. When the soloist was found, he was already dead. Police said that he had already died hours ago, so they couldn’t have him in any possible ways. No one is sure about the reason for his death.

Ostrich Entertainment shared the dreadful news to all. In their statement, they said that Wheesung had died due to cardiac arrest. In the statement, they said, ‘On March 10, our artist Wheesung left us. He was found in his home in a state of cardiac arrest and passed away. Our company’s artist and executives are mourning alongside the deceased’s family. It is heartbreaking to share this sad news to his fans who have shown him so much support and love. It was quite shocking news for his fans. No one expected him to die at such an early age of 43. He was also about to perform on the 15^th of March in a concert with KCM. The authorities haven’t said anything regarding the cancellation or postponement of the concert. Everyone is expecting that they will come up with an update soon. Previously, in 2021, he received a prison sentence for using propofol. The artist used to consume this sedative, which became his addiction. Then it was found out that he has used it in 11 events, and that led him to become an addict. It cannot be said what his health condition was at the time of death. However, the death of this artist is always going to be tough for his family, friends, and fans.
