Katy Perry Is A Part Of The Latest Blue Origin Human Space Flight

Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin’s very first all-female spaceflight is going to be launched on 14^th April. As of now, it is coming to know that the 11^th human flight, NS-31 will launch from West Texas at 10 a.m. Blue Origin has confirmed that there will be a livestream of the launch. The pop singer, Katy Perry is going on this flight also. Recently, through an Instagram post, the artist shared the news, which has stunned all her fans.

It is a space exploration initiative of the company and Perry is going to be a part of it. All the crew of this flight are going to be women, which has made the event even more special for everyone. Now, it is coming to know that the space will be led by Lauren Sánchez. She is right now engaged to Jeff Bezos and also the vice chair of the Earth Fund.

Along with Katy Perry, there will be many passengers on this 11^th human space flight. According to the announcement, it is coming to know that Gayle King from CBS Morning, Amanda Nguyen, the Bioastronautics research scientist, the NASA rocket scientist Aisha Bowe, and Kerianne Flynn, the film producer are going to be on this flight.

It is going to be a whole different experience for all the passengers on this human space flight. Katy Perry is immensely excited to be a part of this initiative. While announcing the news on Instagram, she shared an animated graphic video. At first, the expedition logo was shown. Then the clip gave details of the spacecraft. She also added a caption that says ‘T-minus 3 days to launch for NS-31 @blueorigin’.

The American Idol judge also said ‘If you had told me that I would be part of the first-ever all-female crew in space, I would have believed you … Nothing was beyond my imagination as a child’. She continued by saying ‘Although we didn’t grow up with much, I never stopped looking at the world with hopeful WONDER!’. Perry stated more that says ‘I work hard to live my life that way still, and I am motivated more than ever to be an example for my daughter that women should take up space (pun intended). That’s why this opportunity is so incredible — so that I can show all of the youngest & most vulnerable among us to reach for the stars, literally and figuratively’.
