Lady Gaga’s Open Letter To Fans: Explains Why She Has Been So Private Lately

After months of laying low and being out of the public eye, the pop star and actress Lady Gaga finally reveals the reason behind her disappearance in a new update that she shared with her fans. She has recently penned down an open letter to her fans that reveals why she has been so quiet. This letter was posted on the official Instagram account of the singer, where she currently has 55 million followers. On Friday, the 13-time Grammy winner acknowledged her absence and said: “I’ve been experiencing my creativity ever since last summer in a really special and private way.” The 37-year-old started by saying, “I know I haven’t been doing a lot of that lately and some of you are really longing for me to share more of my artistic process.”

“I wrote and produced music for a special project, I prepared for months developing my character for ‘Joker,’ I filmed ‘Joker’ for many months (a very introspective time), I have been running my start-up Haus Labs, doing philanthropic work, and additionally have been working on the Chromatica Ball film edit.” The Oscar winner is now moved to her next acting project “Joker: Folie à Deux,” after the major success of her previous “House of Gucci” where she is starring as Harley Quinn opposite Joaquin Phoenix’s Joker. She said the time away from the spotlight and public eye have given her a much needed time that has given her a chance to “have a personal life” and to recharge and heal. She continued, “I can say for the first time in many years that my love of making art, music, fashion, and supporting community has never been more fulfilling.” “I hope you know this time to myself has been extremely healing and recharging for my heart, mind, body, and creativity — to create within myself and to have a personal life that’s just for me”, wrote Gaga. Furthermore, she said,  “I’m sure that may feel different because I haven’t always been so private (I bet that will make some of you laugh) — but I LOVE my fans, my little monsters, so much and that will never change.”

Gaga also revealed that she is working on a Chromatica Ball film along with new music for a special upcoming project and says she cannot wait for her fans to experience and enjoy the new projects she has been working on.
