The 22-year-old, Australian young artist, Lil Bo Weep passed away on a pathetic note. The news has shaken all the followers of her and left everyone with mourn.
Lil Bo Weep, born as Winona Lisa Green, the rising Australian singer has died on Thursday, confirmed her father Matthew Schofield.
She was 22 years and died while fighting with trauma, depression, and drug addiction. But it is not revealed how she passed away.
Her father made the announcement by doing a Facebook post by saying, ‘This weekend we lost the fight for my daughter’s life against depression, trauma, PTSD and drug addiction that we have been fighting since we got her back from America through emergency repatriation DFAT but broken’.
He also added, ‘She fought hard against her demons as we all did side by side next to her and picking up the broken pieces over and over again but she could not fight anymore and we lost her’.
She was quite successful in her musical career. This artist has 239,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. Not only that, her YouTube video got 3 million views and nearly 36,000 followers on SoundCloud.
Her father showed the grief by saying, ‘As her dad, I am proud of her beyond words as she is my hero, my daughter, and my best friend that I love so so much. She is no longer hurting now with the universe wanting their angel back. A big part of me is lost at the moment but I ask respectfully that my close friends try not to ring me until I get some way through this. ALWAYS IN MY HEART. I LOVE MY WINNIE. Lil Bo Weep’.
This artist has gone through a lot of hard times. A few times back the artist shared a very personal story of her with the 35,000 followers of her. She posted an emotional video of her mourning over her dead child who died last year.
The singer said, ‘I’ve been crying all day, so I’m sorry,’ she said in the clip. ‘But around this time last year, I lost my child and I would like to do something in remembrance of her, preferably spread some flowers at a beach and spend the day just mourning’.
Even before dying the artist gave her last song ‘PTSD’ in last year December.
