The ‘Old Town Road‘ rapper took social media after he shared the artwork and confirmed his first track of 2024 will be out next week. Though, he hasn’t shared the name of the song by far. This music video is going to be a self-directed music video coming out next Friday, 12th January, 24.

The 24-year-old artist teased the song on Instagram with some monochromic artworks that depict four drawings of Lil Nas X as a priest. These photos are captioned as, “In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, amen.”
This ready-to-judge TikTok generation has named Lil Nas X various names like “one-hit wonder”, about this he has spoken in the comments section. He wrote, “I love this constant cycle the world has with me.” He added more, “When I started making music y’all told me I was just another Twitter rapper. Then I made the biggest song of all time.”

He also explained, “Y’all called me a one-hit-wonder. Then I dropped one of the most streamed albums of the year with 3 top 5 hits. Now y’all saying my new [music] not finna do nothing. At some point, y’all gotta realize I am God’s favorite.” He concluded this by mentioning the release date, “1/12/24 (sic)”.
While teasing the world with a teaser of the ‘Industry Baby’ hitmaker’s upcoming concert also, he wrote, “I know it’s been 2 years but….yall ready for a show? (sic)”. Nas gained fame with his 2019 release, ‘Old Town Road’, which went viral. And in 2021, he dropped his much-acclaimed debut album ‘Montero’. Apart from his upcoming music video and concert, he is also planning to collaborate with PinkPantheress.
About this collaboration, an insider told the media, “PinkPantheress and Lil Nas are both working on albums at the moment and they really clicked after being introduced.” They added more, “They have a lot in common and have been in the studio together.” Concluding with, “It is yet to be seen what they have come up with but they’ve certainly been inspiring each other.”
Previously Pantheress, 23, has collaborated with Billy Ray Cyrus and Jack Harlow – and the ‘Boys A Liar‘ singer.
