Taylor Swift’s one of the childhood houses is put up for sale for 1.1 million USD. In the house, Swift had spent three years before she moved to Nashville to pursue singing.
Taylor Swift, the current music sensation’s childhood house is now put up for sale. And the property has already found a buyer. The house where she spent three years and celebrated Christmas with her family is three-storey and has five bedrooms in it.
After her family shifted to Nashville for Taylor’s singing career, Swift’s family began renting the house.
The home was built in 1929, and it expands around 3500 sq ft. Taylor’s family lived there until they moved to Nashville in 2004, where the singer started pursuing her career.
As per the report in the New York Post, the house is put up for sale for 1.1 million USD. It is the current price of the house after reducing the cost by 100K USD the last Friday.
In 2020, a video shared by the former owner of the house explained her connection with Taylor Swift and her family members. The woman named Sydney Render revealed that there is an imprint “TAS” on the cement outside the house which means- the initials of Taylor Alison Swift.
Sydney Render told, “We get a lot of fans taking pictures outside the house. I feel like there tends to be more around the holidays when people are traveling from other states and want to see it.”
About Taylor’s fans taking pictures of her house, she said, “If Taylor Swift has a concert in Philadelphia or somewhere close, there are more fans around that time. Our family is fine with fans taking pictures, as long as they are quick and respectful.”
The singer recently praised Phoebe Bridger for his songwriting. The pair also collaborated on the song ‘Nothing New’.
She said about Phoebe in an email to the Times, “I think that the specificity of Phoebe’s lyrics, and the vulnerability she expresses in her voice when she delivers them, is what makes her music so deeply impactful and moving for me as a fan.
