Latin pop superstar Bad Bunny is ready to offer a brand new album on the New Year and he has made the announcements. The sixth studio album will be releasing on Jan 5.
The New Year is coming with a lot of surprises and Bad Bunny’s upcoming album is one of them. The Latin singer is going to launch his sixth studio album ‘Debí Tirar Más Fotos’ in the coming year which is creating much anticipation among the fans.
The title of the album translates to “I should’ve taken more pictures” which currently creating buzz with its abbreviation, “DTmF.” The album project is all set to release on Sunday, Jan 5. The launch of the album was declared through a teaser video which also includes prominent Puerto Rican film director Jacobo Morales.
Bad Bunny was found recalling his old friend “Concho”. According to the press release, the singer “recalls once believing it was essential to live in the moment, but as he grows older, it has become harder to remember certain things. Now, he wishes he had taken more photos and lived more deeply,” and that is how the concept of the song was made.

It is not only about the announcement as Bunny is also teasing the upcoming album with brand new single titled “Pitorro de Coco”. The title is inspired from a holiday rum beverage. The song released on December 26 and already gained much attention from the fans.
“Pitorro de Coco” is the perfect example of Bad Bunny embracing his cultural roots which consists of a pure jíraba rhythm. It offers a taste of a traditional Afro-Caribbean genre. The song is produced by Tainy, MAG, La Paciencia however, it is has been written by Benito himself.
This track by Bad Bunny offers an emotive essence as it calls for nostalgia and loneliness in the Christmas time. Remembering the good old memories in the festive season is something relatable and captivating and Bad Bunny has utilized the well.
Listeners might also find elements of Chuíto el de Bayamón and from his album ‘Música Jíbara Para Las Navidades’. Bunny brought back the reminiscence of a native singer from Bayamón, Puerto Rico who used to live in the 1900s.
