Fans are reportedly bewildered about what could be Adele’s next move. Is the singer all set to strike the scene once again with her new album? The rumor started soon after Billboards flashed the number ‘30’ across different cities around the globe on October 1, Friday.
The prolific English pop superstar hasn’t however, officially revealed any information about the details related to her upcoming fourth studio album. But billboards in Ireland and Dubai have popped up with a numerical value that fans believe is coordinated with Adele’s age-specific discography. Adele’s last three albums namely 19, 21, and 25 were all titled after the ages she was at that point of time while she recorded the albums.
There’s one fan who believes that Adele who’s now 33 might have recorded the record at the age of 30 before the pop singer separated and later filed for a divorce from her husband Simon Konecki in 2019. Twitter was flooded with comments that said if the album is called ‘30’, then Adele and her husband had called off their marriage when she was 31. Then the upcoming album ‘30’ might be about everything that went wrong during that period that led to their divorce.
Additionally, Adele’s fans also monitored her Twitter activity, and also her friend named Jedidiah Jenkins, a wellness author, and noticed that he had secretly liked the posts of the mysterious Billboards which to some extent bridge the link. Adele’s last album titled 25, released in 2015 had logged for ten weeks at the Number 1 spot on the Billboard 200, had bagged the award for the best pop vocal album at the 2017 Grammy Award, was certified as Diamond by the Recording Industry Association of America, also won the album of the year.
Adele’s fans on social media are also evaluating that her new album is related to the news that Taylor Swift is rescheduling the release of the re-recorded version of the album ‘Red’. The album was reportedly scheduled to hit the scene on 19th November but now will arrive seven days prior on 12th November. This latest update has left the fans wondering and also believing that the move is related to the drop of another big album that is arriving on 19th November!
Furthermore, on guest-hosting Saturday Night Live back in October, Adele had also signaled that she could make her return to the music world in 2021 and stated that she is going back to her cave now to be the single cat lady that she is! And wrote, Peace out till next year!
