Good news for the TWICE fans as Tzuyu has also started his solo music career with the Debut Solo Single ‘Run Away’. This single will appear in the album ‘abouTZU’.
K-Pop music artist Tzuyu has already turned into an idol with the launch of her solo debut track. She was a member of the Korean girl group TWICE which has fans all over the world. Currently, they are getting crazy over the artist’s latest single called ‘Run Away’.
This single appears on the upcoming album by the artist which is titled ‘abouTZU’. It is the first mini-album project by the artist. TWICE’s Tzuyu has embarked on her solo endeavor as a part of the growth of her musical career. When she was asked about the solo career, the artist explained that the solo music project is crafted to “present a more mature, intense side of myself beyond the bright and sweet image everyone is familiar with”, and it is quite agreeable.
‘Run Away’ is going to be the lead single of the upcoming mini-album ‘abouTZU’ which is written by J. Y. Park, the founder of JYP Entertainment. There will be also ‘Heartbreak in Heaven’ and ‘Lazy Baby’ and the music projects will feature powerful rappers BtoB and pH-1. The artist said that ‘Run Away’ is one of her personal favorites as she fell in love with the track from the beginning.
She said, “The melody was catchy, and the synth bass sound was really captivating,” and further explained her mixed emotions, saying, “At first, I was worried about whether I could pull it off, but I felt I could offer fans something fresh.”
This is the third member of the girl gang TWICE who started a solo music adventure. Tzuyu’s bandmate Nayeon was the first member to start her solo music career by separating from the band. She released her first mini-album in ‘IM NAYEON’ back in 2022. It featured the hit single ‘POP!’.
The second member who left the band was Jihyo who started her music career last year with the music project called ‘ZONE’. It featured the single ‘Killin’ which gained much attention from the fans. Previously in June, Nayeon decided to come up with her sophomore mini-album, called ‘Na’. The leading track from the album, ‘ABCD’ became a quick hit. Nayeon also revealed in an interview that she has finally found “enough space to find joy and fun in my profession”.
JYP Entertainment, on the other hand, is taking strong legal action against the activities of making deep-fake videos of the members of the band TWICE.
