In an interview for Access Hollywood with an 11-year-old journalist, the gorgeous and extremely talented singer Rihanna confessed her dream of collaborating with none other than the icon for Gen Z, Billie Eilish. The interview took place at her launch event for her new Fenty x Puma collection this week. When RiRi was asked who her dream collaborator would be, she was quick to say, ‘If I could only do a song with Billie Eilish. She’s so good,’. The ‘Love on the Brain’ singer when dropped her ‘Anti’ album in 2016, and it stayed at the top of the Billboard 200 chart for two weeks and this album also featured three of the top ten tracks that took the place on Billboard Hot 100 with ‘Work’ featuring Drake being the number one and in 2017 she hit number two with Bryson Tiller on DJKhaled’s ‘Wild Thoughts’. Rihanna also revealed that she’s starting over with her elusive ninth studio album, and the beauty mogul’s ‘prepared’ to get back in the studio with her newfound perspective. ‘Yeah, I’m starting over,’ RiRi declared to Entertainment Tonight. ‘But I don’t want to neglect the songs that I have, so I actually want to go back and listen to stuff with new ears, with my new perspective, and then see what applies and what I’m still in love with.’

Most recently, just before she headlined the 2023 Super Bowl halftime show, Rihanna dropped ‘Lift Me Up,’ featured on the soundtrack of the Marvel sequel Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Apart from this, the singer has provided an update on her long-awaited album saying she has ‘already got some stuff she could make hits out of’. At that event, she spoke about her new collection, her fashion sense, and motherhood as well. After sharing that her sons RZA and Riot‘s favorite song is ‘Wheels On The Bus’, Rihanna revealed if her children would appear in any of her new music.

‘I mean, it’s up to them,’ the ‘Needed Me’ singer said. ‘I already got stuff I feel like I could make hits out of. Me and Rocky are really trying to figure out who’s going to use what because it’s so good.’

In April, the pop juggernaut shared that she has ‘a lot of visual ideas’ for her much-anticipated ninth album. She said, ‘It’s weird. My brain is working backwards right now. I usually have the music first, and the music leads me into all of these visual opportunities, and now I’m having all of these visuals, and I don’t have the songs for them yet, but maybe that’s the key, this time. Maybe the visual ideas are leading me to the songs that I need to make.’
