Sam Asghari, Britney Spears’ splitting partner is wanting ‘more’ from the pop superstar. He allegedly wants her to pay him more than what was fixed in the prenup. He threatens to reveal confidential information regarding the pop star if she does not pay more.
Sam, the “Family Business” actor is attempting “attempting to negotiate concessions beyond his prenup and threatening to go public with extraordinarily embarrassing information about Britney unless he gets paid.” Now, the point is, what is Sam focused on when he suddenly asks for more money?
It is quite unclear how much money Asghari wants or if is it legally approved by the prenup that it permits the disclosure of negative comments against Britney. The representatives of both sides did not take the initiative to comment on this. Although another source confirms that the team of Spears claimed that “parting will be respectful.” It is “blackmail and it’ll never happen,”!
Asghari and Spears were married to each other through a star-studded wedding at Britney’s Home in California in June 2022. Followed by the big fat wedding, they signed a prenuptial agreement which was in favor of Britney. According to the agreement, “Any money she made before the wedding is protected.” Britney Spears’ attorney Mathew Rosengart helped the singer before with her 13-year conservatorship that took place in November 2021.
At that time, Asghari proposed to Spears in September 2021 when Britney was 41 years old. The federal prosecutor also confirmed that her father and former conservator Jamie Spears did not obstruct the prenup terms. The Prenup exclusively requires communication with the conservator of an estate, which is Jamie at 71 years of age.
As the relationship between the pop star and her father was ‘broken’, Jamie’s further involvement can “impede the ability to negotiate and consummate a contract that all can agree is in Ms. Spears’s best interests.” Britney’s current net worth is around $70 million and much of it had been paid in legal fees the child support of her sons with Kevin Federline, namely, Jayden, 16, and Sean Preston, 17. Briteny previously paid $20,000 a month in child support payments but in May 2018, the demand rose up to $60,000 a month.
