It is time for Gomez fans to bring up the heat again, with Selena’s brand-new music video. The pop singer dropped her new single ‘Single Soon’ and it is creating some major buzz. The song offers a catchy tune that captivates everyone with a greater hook, while she meanders through soundscape.

In the track, Selena could be seen excitedly singing about the fact that how well she can go back to her singlehood again but in order to do that, she must ditch the current guy. Fun, enjoyable, and highly relatable; the listeners seem to enjoy the track quite much as reflected through social media shares and posts.

The opening verse of the song goes like this, “Should I do it on the phone? / Should I leave a little note / in the pocket of his coat?” It further goes like, “Maybe I’ll just disappear / I don’t wanna see a tear / and the weekend’s almost here.” Evidently, there are multiple kinds of approaches to finally say that ‘It is not working anymore’. Produced by Benny Blanco and Cashmere Cat, the song is high-octane, energetic, and highly engaging for all.

Moving on to the next chorus, Selena sings, “I’m picking out this dress / Trying on these shoes / ‘Cause I’ll be single soon / I’ll be single soon.” In the official music video which was dropped on Friday midnight, the singer could be seen leaving a note for her lover that says, “I’m sorry. I can’t. Don’t hate me,” perhaps a reference to ‘Sex and the City’.

Just like most breakups end, later in the music video, the pop star was seen getting ready for a girls’ night out which is complimented by drinks, dancing, a dip in the pool, and lastly, a sleepover. Perfectly matching the vibe and mood of the song; the music video is already garnering much attention from global fans. Miley Cyrus’s brand new emotional single ‘Used To Be Young’ was also released on the same day with an official music video.

Previously, the singer shared a sneak peek of the latest released with an accompanying video where her 10-year-old sister Gracie Teefey assisted through a voicemail saying, “Hi. Love you, sissy. Never worry about boyfriends—at all.” Perhaps, Gracie is the wisest of all!
