In the post, he said, ‘It’s a lonely thing to be a Muslim in the world today. It’s a lonely thing to follow the sunnah of the Prophet, your friends will leave you, the world will call you a terrorist.’ This statement has stirred up the entire social media platform by storm.

However, this is not the first time the renowned Lucky Ali has done such a thing. He might not be a hot shot on social media platforms because of his bombarding tracks that are coming back to back. He has always been a man of quality over quantity. The reason for him being the center of some controversies in the past is also a post on Instagram in 2022, April where he spoke about the matter including Halal meat. In a very understanding and graceful way, he said, ‘Dearly beloved Indian brothers and sisters hope you’re all well. I wanted to explain something to you…’halal’ is definitely not for anybody outside of Islam… it’s just that any Muslim will not buy any product just like their Jewish relatives who understand Halal as similar to Kosher and will not buy any product until and unless it’s certified that the ingredients within a product are according to his or her consumable limitations.’

He also adds with this, ‘Now companies want to sell to everyone including the Muslim and Jewish populations, so to sell their product they have to label it as Halal certified or Kosher certified… otherwise Muslims and Jews will just not buy from them, but if the people are so bothered by the word ‘halal’ they should remove it from their counters but one can’t foresee whether their sales would be the same as they were used to, with love… and understanding.’ Over the years this enigmatic singer has gained fame for not only his appearances in movies like Chhote Nawab which was his debut film where he worked alongside his father the famous Mehmood Ali. Later on, he dedicated his entire existence to music and gifted the world with unforgettable hits like ‘O Sanam’, ‘Safarnama’, ‘Ek Pal Ka Jeena’, ‘Na Tum Jano Na Hum’, and ‘Secret of Success’.

While this singer is loved by the whole world still his melancholic post has touched a lot of hearts over social media and the comments have been flooding since its posting time. His fans and followers from all across the globe have jumped into the comment section consoling the singer about the situation, some saying that it’s okay for friends to leave as they were really not his friends in the very first place, while others are asking him to not feel guilty or victimized for the wrongdoing of other people of this religious community.
