Taika Waititi Says the Goat Scene from The New Thor Movie was Inspired by Taylor Swift

People who have watched ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’ know how annoying the screaming of the flying goats was. Apparently, the screaming goats were partly inspired by a meme of 2012 single, ‘I Knew You Were Trouble’ by Taylor Swift.

In his interview with Insider, the director of the film, Waititi revealed that the goats were not supposed to scream in the movie. But after he watched a video of a screaming goat interspersed with the chorus of the Taylor Swift song, he decided to make the goats in the film sound like that.

French-American synthpop artist Uffie will also be a part of the ‘Trauma Bond’ Tour consisting of 15 days.

The Canadian singer-songwriter has announced her upcoming North America tour in support of her debut solo album,PREY//IV’.

The tour will start on September 7 in San Francisco and sun through the entire month with the last three shows in late October with Uffie as the main support act in each show.

The PREY//IV’ album dropped in February this year through the artist’s own record label Eating Glass Records featuring four hit singles ‘Fair Game’, ‘Suffer And Swallow’, ‘Love Is Violence’, and ‘Baby Teeth’.

This is one of the biggest budget music videos of all time. Directed by filmmaker Lado Kvataniya, the MV features the singer atop a skyscraper with Lil Durk rapping from the top of a submerged car underneath a bridge.

Apart from Lil Durk, Kanye West is also featured in the song. The audio of the song was released on July 1st and it will be a part of her upcoming second studio album, which has not been named yet.

Before this interview, the director and writer of ‘Elvis’, the biopic of Presley said in another press conference in South Korea that the K-Pop culture started in the 1950s with Elvis Presley and he was the ‘first ever idol’.

He further revealed in a recent interview that he is currently working with several K-pop idols for new music. Though he had not revealed the name of the idols, according to rumors the artists could be G-Dragon from Big Bang and Lisa from BLACKPINK.
