Taylor Swift has once again spun a web of magic. In the latter part of July, she has surprised all her fans as she revealed her latest album ‘Folklore’, just one day before it has been released. An intimate concert movie has just been announced by the pop star about her recent album that is going to be aired today on the 25th of November. The documentary film Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions’ has been aptly titled that is going to debut on the Disney+ this Wednesday at 3.01 am EST.

The trailer for the film has been shared by Swift on social media that hinted at her lucky number is 13 that has been played in her previous album as an Easter Egg. She went on to write that it is 11/24 and 24-11=13 and because of that, she has got an announcement. Swift has directed the film who is going to perform in all the songs from ‘Folklore’ that is for the first time and it will also reveal the stories and anecdotes from all the 17 songs from the album.

It is a very cool thing to get invited to one of the Secret Sessions’ by the artist, where the fans are invited by the singer for the preview of the album in one of Swift’s home.

The camera has zeroed in on a cabin that is wood-paneled in the pines as the frame is entered by Swift in an outfit of the woman in the woods that is complete with a black overcoat and flannel shirt that is frontier-blown hair that is perfectly mussed. The film is a very intimate concert of Folklore that has broken many records and it is revealed by the subtitle.

Swift was crooning ‘Cardigan’ and was on headphones who were seated on a couch. She was accompanied by the piano of album producer Aaron Dessner as she has given a toast to one of her first-ever people with a glass of wine of The National composer and guitarist and Jack Antonoff who is a frequent collaborator. The album will make you feel the feelings and the entire product is all about isolation. She was seating outdoor and told Dessner this is the time when she lost her mind completely. She also made a point that the album is a great floatation device for both of them.

The fans were surprised by Swift for the second time in a week as she came on her heels for the announcement during the American Music Awards of 2020 on Saturday night.

A short trailer for the film has been announced o9n 24th November as the film directed by Swift was filmed at the famous Long Pond Studio in Hudson Valley in New York. The studio is home to The National.

All of them gathered including Aaron Dessner and Jack Antonoff to perform on each song from Folklore this September and shared behind the song stories of the album. Justin Vernon from Bon Iver is going to make a very special guest appearance and perform at the duet of the track ‘Exile’.

This is the first time when Swift has teamed up with the likes of Antonoff and Dessner and performed together for ‘Folklore’. The album has been created during the Covid-19 pandemic as all the three have been sending their tracks back and forth as the record has been completed during the lockdown.

The trailer of the film shows the beautiful Taylor Swift who is nestled in a barn and has been singing the raw versions of ‘August’ and ‘Cardigan’ along with her collaborators. There are also cut to clips where she is seen discussing creating the album during the time of isolation. The album is a record-breaking one and fans can expect more intimate moments in ‘Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions’. The film is coming at a time where Taylor Swift is on a recording spree, recording her first six albums after she has lost her master rights to Scooter Braun, who is a music executive and it has been sold for a second as she did not know about it.
