Taylor Swift’s epic Eras Tour is continuing powerfully and offering more surprises at each gig. While traveling back in time through her music, she also hit a milestone at the Pittsburgh Stadium while performing on Saturday.

It has been recorded that a huge number of 73,117 Swifites were present at the Saturday concert. The ‘Karma’ song broke the attendance record at the Acrisure Stadium. It is not just a record for the singer but the stadium as well since they never witnessed such a huge number of audiences before, a record attendance in history.

According to the venue, the last record-holder was Garth Brooks who drew a crowd of 72,887 through the 2019 music concert.

This is truly a huge achievement for Swift who didn’t even get this much attention in her home region of Pennsylvania. She took this opportunity to thank all her fans and posted on Instagram, “Pittsburgh thank you for making me feel sooooo at home in my home state. I mean… You broke the all time attendance record and we got to be the first tour to play your stadium twice.”

She further thanked the crowd and wished Happy Father’s Day “to all the dads but especially mine who is one of my best friends, helped meticulously glue every teeny tiny crystal onto my guitar and still never misses a show.”

The Saturday Night Concert turned even special when Swift brought Aaron Dessner on the stage, The National frontman who helped her perform ‘Seven’ from her album ‘Folklore’ in 2020. They collaborated to craft the original track before and with the pair performing together, the swifties went crazy. The clips, videos from the concert, and of their performances are already quite viral on social media.

This is the first time Swift made an attempt to perform an earlier track like ‘Seven’ which was originally written to pay homage to her home state. The list of surprise tracks also included ‘The Story of Us’ from the upcoming album ‘Speak Now’. It does not require say the fact that audiences love these surprise tracks and Saturday concerts proved that once again.

The upcoming album ‘Speak Now’ is all set to drop on July 7 of this year and the anticipation is quite high. There will be a total of 22 tracks in the collection and each of them is a pop-folk masterpiece. Stay tuned to know more!
