Unfortunately! Sex Crimes of Marilyn Manson Bring No Wonder: Warner Sued for Assaulting a Minor

According to this new court case in the early 1990s, Marilyn Manson groomed and sexually assaulted multiple underage girls. This is the first lawsuit that focuses on the sex crimes he committed in the early stages of his career. Previously he had been sued for several cases of sexual misconduct around 2010.

Brian Warner infamously known as Marilyn Manson is listed as the defendant alongside his former record labels Interscope and Nothing Records. The plaintiff is now an adult and has submitted the suit anonymously with the name ‘Jane Doe’. The lawsuit was filed in Nassau County Supreme Court on Long Island, New York. From sexual battery to intentional infliction of emotional distress, the filing includes several charges against Warner and the labels.

According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff met the defendant in 1995 after a Dallas concert. At that point, she was 16 years old and was waiting to meet the band outside of their tour bus. She was not alone there and along with a group of people were waiting to meet him in person. And at this point, Doe along with one of the other younger girls was summoned inside the tour bus. He asked them their age, and school grades and noted down their home address and phone numbers.

The lawsuit claims, “While on the tour bus, Defendant Warner performed various acts of criminal sexual conduct upon Plaintiff, who was a virgin at the time, including but not limited to forced copulation and vaginal penetration.” In Texas, the age of consent was 17 and it remains unchanged now as well. The suit says “One of the band members watched Defendant Warner sexually assault Plaintiff.”

“Plaintiff was in pain, scared, upset, humiliated, and confused. After he was done, Defendant Warner laughed at her. … Then Defendant Warner demanded Plaintiff to ‘get the fuck off of my bus’ and threatened Plaintiff that, if she told anyone, he would kill her and her family,” according to the lawsuit.

Marilyn Manson’s Attorney, Howard King said, Warner “does not know this individual and has no recollection of ever having met her 28 years ago. He certainly was never intimate with her.” he went further and said this lawsuit is nothing but a “fabricated tale” of false accusations. Only time will unveil the truth of Warner’s past.
