Recently the music video of a much-anticipated track ‘PAYAL SONG’ by Honey Singh has been released on a video-sharing platform and it is making every head turn.
Honey Singh’s newly released album ‘GLORY’ has already become a fan favorite and the love for the tracks seems to be growing with the drop of each music video. This time, the music video of the track ‘PAYAL SONG’ has hit the video-sharing platforms and within just a few hours it has managed to claim the position of being the number 1 trending song on YouTube. The video features Honey Singh along with PARADOX who is also the lyricist of the song and the magnificent and gorgeous Norah Fatehi. The track has become of one the most played song from his latest album.
The video opens with Honey Sing in a rather an unusual costume which is different from what the audience has been seeing him in. The overcoats and the furry jackets have turned into a simple blue traditional kurta which resonates with the vibrancy of the personality of the singer and the video. When talking about Norah Fatehi, at first with a blue-ish background, she is seen wearing a blood-red saree which puts all the focus on her while he is busting out her pretty dance moves. The choreography is done by Rajit Dev and it is nothing less than extraordinary. Without missing a single beat, Norah has maintained her graceful presence throughout the video.
The first part of the song is solely the singer’s expression of love for his beloved by whom, Honey Singh is infatuated. From her anklet to the kohl in her hair, every small thing is enough to mesmerize the singer. The feeling of mesmerizing flows through the track from the very beginning. The track is soothing yet has a touch of party to it due to the delicious beats and percussions going on in the background. When it comes to the visual aspect of the track, the audience will get to see a lot of open space along with some amazing aerial shots.
The video visually is very attractive as the color grading is done very nicely. There is also a fusion of Indian classical music instruments with the hip-hop genre that creates versatility in the track. At the end of the track, PARADOX comes along with his solo verse that takes the song to a whole new level. The first part covered by Honey Singh seemed more romantic with loads of praises directed to his beloved. It seemed sweet and polite. When PARADOX entered the picture, the whole thing shifted from a sweet innocent perspective to a rather spicy one which again added to the versatility of the song. This spicy ending is exactly what the song needed to keep the audience engaged. Both the singer and the rapper acted as Ying and Yang complimenting at the same time contrasting each other.
