New music by the band Moonwreckers has just dropped and the band takes the genre of Rock music higher by a notch! The new tracks are streaming on Spotify.
Just a few days back, I came across a band named Moonwreckers, and just as the name suggests, the band sure did wreck my perception of modern rock music for good! At first, I was quite hesitant about listening to the band but once I did give one of its songs, I completely changed my mind and listened to their entire discography. As a Rock music lover myself, I simply loved the genre because of the strong backbeat and how much joy it brings to my ears. In recent times, it is quite missing from today’s music industry. But, the band and its music gave me hope for the genre.
Some of my favorites from Moonwreckers’s discography would be ‘Intuition’, ‘May Grays’, ‘I Started This Goddamn Fire’, and ‘Golden Coast’. The music is highly energetic and engaging, it is like the band takes you on a musical tour that you don’t want to miss. There are so many elements in their music that surprise me, starting from the background music, highly groovy. Starting soft, the songs gradually build and the compositions would make you want to listen to them again. The vocals do justice to the lyrics, adding a layer to the music component that will impress the listeners.
