The Brighton duo Royal Blood have announced the release of their next big thunderous soundtrack Typhoons that has sparked all kinds of excitement amongst their fans. It seems that the masterminds have decided to go all weird and shatter all their previous patterns to come up with something new and stunning. The duo has completely re-invented their style and the resulting sound is terrific. The track has its personality that also encapsulates the progression and transformation they have had as a band. The blistering effect of the track is mainly due to the gut-punching sound of the guitar that hints at the track as an exclusive record. The duo’s dynamism multiplied with the extra dynamic sound effect has created a floor-filling soundscape.

Drummer Ben Thatcher and bassist/ vocalist Mike Kerr have channeled their blues-rock dynamism most precisely to heighten the ferocity and also the volume of the track. The duo’s blustering energy level teamed with the volume of riffs creates a havoc ambiance throughout. Although the track ‘Typhoons’ is focused on two main instruments, they have stylistically made their presence count with the thumping sound of the drums and the heavily distorted guitar riffs that drives the terrifying melodic intensity, alongside the emotive vocals of the singer. The audience is surely going to rejoice in their refreshing style. The track sounds like what it feels to be completely lost in your thoughts to a certain hellish extent and also about how storms and typhoons don’t last long. Royal Blood has so much in store for their fans and this is only getting started. If the stunning duo chose to go down the same route in the future, they are sure to gain considerable success. Their music never sounds stale as the band believes in expanding and challenging their limitations now and then. Hear it on Spotify now!
